Social responsibility
Above all, our social responsibility is about our values. People, quality, honesty, and respect lead to employees who are happy and thrive at work, which in turn leads to satisfied customers. We view diversity as an asset. We treat all our employees equally and with respect. We take responsibility for our actions and deliver on time. This is reflected in both the quality of our repair work and the safety of our workplaces.

Our values are our guide
PEOPLE
People are at the heart of everything we do. Even though we’re all different, everyone and everyone’s work is equally important. Job titles are secondary—we lead by example. We’re friendly and care about one another. That’s how we create a unique sense of teamwork.
QUALITY
We are a professional and skilled team. Our goal is to go the extra mile for our customers. We take pride in our work but are eager to continue improving. That’s how we’ve become an industry leader.
HONESTY
We are honest and genuine. We keep our promises to our customers, partners, and each other. We approach our work with the highest integrity and communicate openly. That’s how we build trust.
RESPECT
We treat our customers, partners, and each other with respect. We take responsibility for our actions and deliver on time. For the sake of the environment, we prefer to repair rather than replace—because we can. That’s how we take responsibility.

Our employee satisfaction is high
Our success now and in the future depends on our employees. When our employees are thriving, our customers also receive the best possible service. We measure employee satisfaction through annual employee surveys. In 2025, the response rate for our survey was 92%, and the staff’s overall rating of Werksta was 5.2 (on a scale of 1–6). The eNPS was 39. An eNPS around 20 is considered very good—and anything above that is excellent.
We measure our customer satisfaction
A positive work environment and motivated employees lead to excellent service, which in turn results in high customer satisfaction.
In 2025, Werksta’s NPS (Net Promoter Score) was 80, which is a strong result and a testament to high customer satisfaction.
NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is a commonly used metric in the service industry that measures the customer experience and the likelihood that a customer will recommend the service. Globally, an NPS above 50 is considered a sign of excellent customer service, but the benchmarks vary by industry.

We don’t compromise on safety
It is of the utmost importance to us that every car repaired at Werksta returns to the road with a high-quality repair and is just as safe as it was before the damage. We are constantly investing in developing our staff’s skills and professionalism.
We do not compromise when it comes to workplace safety for our employees. In addition to our legal obligations, we regularly assess potential hazards and risk factors in the work environment and pay close attention to physical and psychosocial stressors at work.
